Vocational Leadership Track is an on-going commitment where we invest in your ministry formation to help you become a more effective co-labourer with Jesus while still being in the workplace.

 
 

What does it involve?

The VLT is a flexible, bespoke way of learning and developing as a leader. There is no fixed time that the scheme runs and it can be an open-ended process of development and commitment to you and your growth. There will be an informal interview to assess where God might be leading you, then a development plan will be drawn up including three elements 

  1. How will you be committed to your own development? 

  1. How can WCF give you opportunities to help you develop? 

  1. How will you contribute to the vision of WCF?
